Pastor Cecil E. Golder Jr. was born in St. Louis , MO. He is the son of Elder Cecil E. & Uniastine Golder Sr. Pastor Golder has always had a passion for ministry as he served under the tutelage of Bishop Morris E. Golder. He has served in several leadership capacity such as the Brotherhood Chairman in his former church home as well as Indiana’s State Council Brotherhood Chairman.Pastor Cecil Golder is the proud pastor of New Bethel Tabernacle, South Bend, Indiana. Pastor Golder was elevated in October 22, 2014 to the office of Suffragan Bishop serving under the honorable Bishop Charles Finnell.Pastor Cecil E. Golder Jr. is the husband of First Lady Tammorra L.M. Golder and they have two sons, Joseph and Elisha. Currently, Pastor serves as the President of the IMMA.
Elder Carl Clement

Elder Carl Cornell Clement was born October 28, 1969, to Hayden Clement and Elizabeth Haymes Clement. Elder Clement has three brothers Gary, Sherwood, and Sherwin Clement. He attended the Morning Star Holiness Church in his youth where he was baptized and received the Holy Spirit. Elder Clement attended Halifax County High School and graduated in 1988. Uncertain of where to continue his education, he decided that Danville Community College would be the logical choice. It was in this setting that he began to develop a passion for drafting, but later made the decision to study machine technology. While at D.C.C. he was chosen to take part in a co-op to work for the Naval Surface Weapon Center (N.S.W.C.) in Dahlgren, Virginia for one year. It was during this time that he had a life changing experience.

Elder Walter Ragland

Elder Walter T. Ragland was baptized on December 28, 2003, in the name of Jesus and filled with the Holy Ghost on February 28, 2004, at Madison Pentecostal Assembly where Bishop Eugene S. Johnson is the Senior Pastor. Elder Ragland has served in multiple capacities, youth leader, gatekeeper, usher, local men’s’ department chairman, Christian educator, safety and security leader, outreach team member, and baptism committee member. Elder Ragland humbly yielded to the office as a minister in 2007 and began pastoring Appleton Pentecostal Assembly (APA) in 2018.
Elder Ragland was born in Chicago to the late Recy Ragland and Walter T. Williams. He’s been married for 17 years to Lady Ragland, and they have one daughter. Elder Ragland has an Associate degree in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He is currently the Executive Director of 2 medical clinics and is the assistant treasurer for the International Men’s Ministry of the PAW.
Elder Gregory Ward

Elder Gregory Ward was a member of Greater Christ Apostolic Church in Columbus, Ohio, where he served for over 28 years and currently is a member of Grace Apostolic Church under Bishop James Gaiters. He is committed to God and his family. He is a graduate from Glen Oak College in Centerville, Michigan where he holds a degree in Business Administration and attended Edinboro State in Erie, PA. One day in 1986 he heard the Word of God that convinced him that he needed to be baptized in the name of Jesus and received the Holy Ghost two months later. He’s taken many classes through the Aenon Bible Institute and in 1987 he received his Elder’s license from the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World and ordained in October 2014.

District Elder Donnie Myers

Pastor Myers is a life long resident of Hattiesburg. He was educated in the Forrest County School System graduating in 1969 from Petal High School. After graduation Pastor attended Ms. Valley State University. Pastor Myers was employed on a public job for some 28 years, after which became a full time Pastor.Pastor Myers was called to minister in 1986 , became a licence minister with the P A W inc (Ms. & Western Tenn District Council) 2 years later. Became an ordained minister shortly afterward . Started the Pathway Christian Fellowship Church / Pathway Outreach Ministries in 1/1/95. Elevated to District Elder in 2008 , an placed over the Gulfcoast District Fellowship.
Pastor Myers has served as the Chairman of the Mississippi and Western Tennessee District Council Mens Ministry Department for the past 13 years . Pastor Myers is married to his wife Alma for 43 years , they have 5 children and 10 grand childern.
